I own an HTC 8X windows phone by HTC, which I have taken out on contract through Vodacom and as of yesterday when I dial local numbers it automatically starts dialling international codes and after calling the network service provider, which conformed that the fault wasn't on the network, I called the HTC customer service number, which is an international number, and they suggested that I find a friend or family member with a micro sim card and insert that in the phone and see if the same problem occurs. IMAGINE, now I have to go around inconveniencing other people, never mind the inconvenience to myself, solving a problem I shouldn't be having in the first place.
