I purchased a headset 2 weeks ago that did not work properly. Callers all stated that the sound was scratchy and was in and out. I went today, 2/26 to take the headset back and Katherine Sung who claims she is the owner but I do not believe, stated that all accessory sales are final. Not only did she not state that, there is nothing in writing or a part of policy, terms and conditions that support that lie. I telephoned MetroPCS Corp who advised me there is no such policy and that SK2 Group, Inc is an authorized dealer of MetroPCS. Here is my frustration more than anything else. I understand when other cultures want to come to America to start businesses and prosper, however this is the 2nd incident whereby an Asian own company make up their own rules as if they do not have to comply with the civil laws of America. You can not treat consumers here any kind of way, you cannot outright to them and then ask "what you going to do about it?". This is America and this is my country and you cannot make money from our people and think you can treat us any kind of way. It stops NOW!!! What am I going to do about it.
