RC aircraft is a billion dollar business mainly controlled by China and Tiawan. They all use the same Methodology of Operation: Sell the product as is where is with zero product support. These companies mostly operate under one umbrella with lots of different names.
Customer Support Methodology: Keep you on hold for an hour or so to get you to hang up.
Pretend that they are incredobly stupid to get you to give up. Let you understand that they do not care if you ever purchase another product from them.
Return Policy: Package can not be opened and must be sealed as delivered. No spare parts are available at this time... All sold out. Automatic 15% to 20% Restocking Fee and you pay the shipping even if they send you products that are broken or do not work.
The mentality and methodology of these foreign companies are as follows: You won't sue us for a few hundred dollars because we are over seas. We committ Mail Fraud every day and nothing ever happens, we do what we want. We are scamming the Americans because the need us for RC Models and American Companies can not compete with us.
They all have warehouses and distributorships in the USA. They all employ American MBA's to run these USA Divisions. They violate Fidicuary Duties Daily. Lots of Companies but only one Corporate headquarters in China.
There are thousands of complaints against Nitro planes and their Distributors... The BBB will not take any more complaints because they are maxed out and have had their rating removed. This is going on every day.
They also ship extremely dangerous products that are damaged and ready to explode at any time. If you receive any of these explosive products they ask that you ship it back. Homeland Security will shut them down if they find out... I personally know of several explosions this year... We have documentation and photos.
They also sell GYROS for RC planes that have bad directions on operation. If you follow their direction your aircraft will crash... There have been thousands of crashes because of their GYROS.
I had multiple crashes untill I personally wrote an Operating Manual that works perfect. They turned it down.
I believe that a Class Action Criminal Law Suit should be filed against all American Employees that hold the title of Manager and up. After winning this case with thousands of supporter we would file a Class Action Civil Lawsuit for Five Million plus pain and suffering. That would get their attention!!!
I am prepaired to file a Government Quitam Lawsuit and let the Government do the work.
Boeing Aircraft has one against them for two billion dollars... They do get a lot of attention!
