RC Aircraft is a billion dollar business mainly controlled by China and Taiwan. They all use the same Methodology of Operation: Sell the Product "as is - where is" with zero product support. These companies mostly operate under one umbrella with several different names.
Customer Support Methodology: Keep you on hold for an hour or so to get you to hang up.
Pretend that they are incredibly stupid to get you to just give up. Make you aware that they absolutely do not care if you ever purchase another product from them.
Return Policy: Package can not be opened, must be exactly as delivered to you. No spare parts available at this time: All sold out... Automatic 15% to 20% restocking fee and you pay return shipping even if the product they sent you is wrong or does not work.
The mentality and methodology of these foreign companies are as follows: You will not sue us for a few hundred dollars because we are a Foreign Corporation. We committ Mail Fraud every day and nothing happens, we do what we want! We will scam Americans every day because we can... They need us for their RC Models and American Companies can not compete
with us.
They all have warehouses and distributorships throughout the USA. They all employ American MBA's to run their US Divisions. They violate Fiduciary Duties every day and no one cares.
Lots of companies in the USA but Corporate Headquarters is protected in China.
There are thousands of complaints on the internet against Nitro Planes and its "Divisions" such as Grayson Hobbies... The BBB will not take any more complaints against them because they are maxed out!!! This goes on every day.
They also sell extremely dangerous products that are damaged and ready to explode at any time! When you receive these dangerous products they ask you to send them back, Homeland Security would shut them down if they knew the truth. I personally know of several explosions that could have very easily ended up with loss of life and major property damage. We have documentation and photos of these products exploding.
As an example: They also sell GYROS for RC Model Aircraft with Operating Manuals that are rediculas. If you follow their instructions explicitly, your Aircraft will crash 100% of the time. There have been thousands of crashes involving their GYROS and they say " too bad your $1,000 Model crashed... Not our problem.
I wrote an Operating Manual and they turned down my offer. I personally know of 4 crashes within 30 days of there decline to listen.
I believe the time is right for a Class Action Criminal Lawsuit for Mail Fraud and/or scamming against any employee with the title of Manager and above working in the USA. After winning the Criminal Lawsuit, we would immediately file a Civil Lawsuit for $50 Million in damages, pain and suffering.
That would get their attention. I bet Corporate investors would be looking for a new Management Team!!! Who wants to do it??? Set up a Web_Site... Thousands will come forward.
