I requested Lifetime Exercise to Stop my account and that I posted a written demand personally towards the account services table. The Account consultant required the demand and assured that I achieved the necessity, no additional steps are needed on my finish, and also the termination is likely to be triggered in thirty days. Once the thirty days interval handed, I then found out that Lifetime was still getting my charge card for that regular support. I approached them to deal with the problem, however they refused actually getting my termination demand and were really rude after I contended that I posted it personally. They didn't apologize for that distress or attempted to deal with the problem. Today they're seeking another thirty days in the evening they get the minute demand and certainly will not return me the cash for that canceled account charges (a few months worth of costs).
Like A client, I'm annoyed and disappointed since I've to publish another demand that I'm unsure it'll work now. I'm spending the cost for an ineffective program or perhaps a slacking worker. I'm still awaiting an answer to my next termination request. I believe Lifetime is benefiting from its clients, has ineffective program, and dishonest.
Our advice to others: whenever you stop your account with Lifetime demand on having an application or notice recognizing the receiver of one's request and make sure it is authorized from the worker getting the demand. Lifetime didn't give a a verification notice after I ended. Used to do not believe they'll make the most of me, imagine they never obtain my demand or free it, and make me spend the cost anyhow!
