I bought website hosting providers from 1 and 1 and after with them for awhile, found their providers to become average. Approaching the finish of my agreement with 1 and 1, I named and talked using their termination division, who established my termination request. Today, weeks later, 1 & 1 sent me to express they're attempting to cost my charge card which I owe them cash! They actually threatened to deliver me to selections and cost more income for running. 1 and 1 will not identify my "established" termination demand and it has no description for why they got weeks to demand money from me. Their telephone assistance is bad, but their customer support with this problem were really intense and over-spoke me a great deal, like I Would cave in easily could not obtain a term into protect myself. Personally I think that 1 and 1 is wretched for getting the plan that "clients are usually wrong." DON'T USE 1 AND 1 without having to be ready to proactively protect yourself, and become ready to deliver a notice with trademark demands to verify your termination!!
