On March 1 I closed a deal for Success Learning providers. On March 2 I named and sent them with my demand to stop their providers inside the three-day schedule for agreement termination and reimbursement. Wealth stated they never obtained either demand.
Following calls to Wealth produced no reimbursement or established verification of my demand to stop service. I had been not able to achieve a live person on following connections where I'd leave voicemails. Return calls weren't from customer support but from instructors who have been just thinking about their training ideas and never reading my termination request.
On March 2 Josh E @ Wealth delivered me a phony correspondence thanking me for reconsidering my cancelation of the support; requesting and wishing that I'd signal it. I never closed it, mentioned or suggested that I'd reconsidered my termination request.
I approached my charge card company to settle a cost challenge for Wealth Understanding, after it became obvious they weren't likely to recognize the plan mentioned within the agreement.
