I signed up for a weekly membership as a trial before committing to an actual membership. Everything was fine until I visited the store and met one of their 'account reps', their business model is something out of the 1980's, creepy and pushy. But my main gripe is their 'jump through hoops' cancellation policy to try and scam every cent they can before actually canceling the membership. I tried to stop payment by moving my money from one account to another but they spammed the account so bad the bank block the account and flagged it for abuse. This is not a modern customer driven company; it reminds me of the scam-ridden businesses of the past.
