I went to LA Fitness in my town to take my son off my membership. I was told that I couldn't since he was part of my plan when I signed up so, I then proceeded with cancelling my membership thinking it was cancelled in full.
However, two months later I'm still seeing charges. When I called the gym, they said it was because I hadn't cancelled it for my son. How does that work?
Today, I will go in to fill out another form to cancel my son. I'm extremely confused and upset with this whole process. LA Fitness will never get me to sign up with them again and I will be spreading the word to as many of it's 10,000 Clifton location members, as I can, to beware should they need to cancel their membership.
