I recently purchased a pair of cleats from this store. I realized immediately that I did not want these cleats. As following instructions on their website, i contact customer service about a minute after I had ordered the product asking them not to ship the cleats or charge my card. I get no response from customer service. I call the store and receive a message from Mark, the owner: "You put in an order. We shipped within 24 hours. We didn't receive your message in time. I don't know what to tell you."
First, the order was not shipped within 24 hours. It was shipped almost two days later. I emailed the contact according to the website for any returns or cancelled orders.
I call the store and directly reach Mark (the owner). His manner was very rude and started yelling, "It's not this simple process. There isn't one person sitting in a tiny room waiting to take orders. Unfortunately, you ordered the product, we processed it and shipped it. There is nothing you can do about it. If you compare to any other website like http://soccer.com, they'll give you the same answer. The email you sent went to customer service and not to the warehouse. The minute you put in the order, the box gets put on the conveyor belt and you can't stop it. You can't put in an order and cancel it immediately after. If you stopped talking about how disatisfied you are I can tell you what we have to offer." His offer was a 25% off discount the next time I came into the store. The store is 200 miles away from where I live. When I responded that I would not be doing that. He started to yell "GOODBYE!" repeatedly and talking over me.
I would definitely recommend AGAINST using this store since their prices are not as cheap as others I have seen online. My interaction with Mark was at best rude and abrasive.
