My son found soccer cleats on their website. I ordered without becoming a member. We were assigned order #108 and told we would get shipping information. After a week of not hearing, we purchased cleats on our own and filed a paypal dispute. No one from Superflyworld shop replied to my emails.
The cleats finally arrived from China without any return information. They sent the wrong cleats. I looked on their website and the only way to return appeared to be if you were a member. The site claims a 30 day return policy. I have contacted them through email asking how I can return them and not gotten a reply. Paypal recharged my card because they say the cleats were received. I have no way to return the cleats which we cannot use. I would like my money back and am happy to return the cleats.
