Universalsports.com credit card fraud, paid for videos that won't play

I paid for premium video download replays of the Boston Marathon and other marathon coverage 'on demand', ($4.99 each) but none of the content will play on my computer. My computer meets all the technical requirements, have the proper software, etc., the videos simply will not play.

Have contacted the company via email (so called customer support) and keep getting the same reply, ie, download software that is already on my computer or that they are working on my refund. A month has passed, still waiting. When I researched this issue on the internet others are having the same problems and cannot get Universal Sports to respond to their requests either.

Here are other complaints I found online:

I'm officially stumped. I'm running Intrepid and I've tried all the different Mozilla plugins (I'm using Firefox), but the videos at the Universal Sports site simply don't want to play.

Here's a sample: http://www.universalsports.com/mediaPlayer/media. Dbml? SPID=12760&DB_OEM_ID=23000&CLIP_ID=347766&CLIP_FILE_ID=352434&_MODE_=ONDEMAND&db_oem_id=23000

It seems as if there's a short "blackscreen" video that plays first, and none of my players wants to move beyond that. I'm not getting any error messages or the like - it seems as if the real video simply isn't there.

I tried all the usual duffer moves like installing the different Mozilla plug-ins, making sure all the codecs I could find were installed, and even trying the Media Connectivity player (same result).

Their site says to make sure users are flying the latest Windows Media Player (11), but otherwise isn't any help to Linux users.

I don't have problems playing other streaming content. Any ideas?
