As of January Time Warner Cable in California has discontinued UNIVERSAL SPORTS, which means that you will receive absolutely no Winter Sports such as Skiing, Ski Jumping, Snow boarding, Ice Skating, Bob sleigh, Skeleton, Luge etc. UNIVERSAL SPORTS also carries most of the 2012 Olympic events all day.
On the movie channels you receive only 2 HBO, 2 Showtimes, 2 Cinemax in HD. No HD for Encore.
Their cable box sucks. Nothing like Tivo. We use our Tivo box, however you have to wait 3 seconds before it moves to the next channel which is very annoying.
You have to sign up with DirecTV or any of the other services.
Time Warner Cable refuses to give a credit for not having Universal Sports.
