Although I enjoyed everything your gym has to offer, here are the reasons why we are canceling,
When we had a tour of the facility, the representative who signed us up said nothing about our reoccurring charges. The first charge we had was only TWO WEEKS after we signed up, $110.00. Not to mention we paid $95 Dollars when we signed up two weeks earlier!!! I called the customer service line and you stated we got charged two weeks later because we signed up for a PROMOTION!!!
What kind of PROMOTION is that. Then we wanted to down grade to the basic membership because we did not like the classes offered. A fee was involved to downgrade and this was never mentioned. Then when I cancel I get told I have to pay for another month!!! The representative who signed us up said this gym was a month to month basis and that's what makes LIFESTYLE different!
I will ensure I express my story to others who want to have a gym membership.
It is obvious you care about money and not about people setting a goal to live a healthy lifestyle through your gym.
