Sonny Kolenovic sells cars on Ebay. I unfortunately ended up buying one. It was a very nice looking SAAB convertible. It broke down on the way home. The total repair bill was estimated at around $4,500.00 the car cost $7,300.00. Sonny refused to pay for the repair but agreed to a full refund if I got the car back to him. I did and at a further cost to me. Also included in my out of pocket costs are car hire, fuel, mechanic costs and AAA towing fee.
The car did get back to Sonny the fllowing week, he failed to let me know it had arrived. He finally sent back my official bank check but after many phone calls and threats to cash it. I told him if he paid back the $7,300.00 I would not pursue the out of pocket expenses incurred. He failed to do this. I have since taken him to small claims court. He is being sued for $1,458.56
