I ordered motorcycle helmet in M. They sent me a L. They then made me pay to ship their mistake back, and pay for the new one to be shipped! Then when they received the L they "accidentally" sent me, they said it had been used and made me pay for both helmets. I paid for 2 helmets when only got one, and all of the shipping for both to be sent.
