On 1-20-12 we purchased a 25' Bayliner Trophy Pro which included trailer and radio and other equipment from Matt as the seller. The boat and trailer were located at his LI home. We were told that the boat was winterized and ready for the water. Matt told us that he buys and resells boats and also works on boats for a living.
Matt stated that we were getting a GREAT Boat and Trailer. We asked Matt on the day of closing where the radio was and he said he had it just not with him and we would exchange addresses and he would mail it to us. We received an email with his request for our address and he would send it within a week. We sent our address immediately. To date we have received nothing.
Matt refuses to answer his phone and accept our calls or answer any of our messages. Our most recent contact with Matt was through WESTCHESTER YACHT SALES where he informed his broker that " HE OWES US NOTHING ".
