On 5/8/04 I ordered a club from Best buy, within a couple days I received the wrong club. I called and informed them or the error. The person on the phone was very helpful and said the the correct club would be sent out the next day.
I returned the club at my own expense. It's now the 23rd and I have'nt received anything yet. I made several attempts to reach them via email or the phone, but no response. They RIPPED me off. I wish that I knew of this site earlier it woud have saved me money and hardships.
