Unfortunatley I visited this website too late. Like the others who complained about this company I got suckered into this scam. I payed the $1920.00 with an understanding that it would be refunded within six months.
I was excited about the opportunity and did the work they asked.
However, when the six months passed I was told I had isunderstood my responsibilities and therefore had not fulfilled my part of the contract. Even though they supposedly promoted me three months into the job.
Now I am out 1920.00 on my credit card. I have complained to the Attorney General of North Carolina and was told to dispute it through my credit card company. The attorney general said they could only file a complaint since there were no other complaints in North Carolina. However, my credit card company
got a bogus response from Nick Anthony and Play To Win Sports in which they said I had not fulfilled a taped contract which I have never even heard.
I am not sure where to go next, but does anyone have any suggestions. I don't know how people like this can live with themselves after ripping people off.
