About 5 months ago I purchased a pair of catfish sunglasses from Mckenzies ski store in Lincoln NH the arm on the glasses broke so Mckenzies said they would mail them back to Arnette for them to be fixed or replaced it has been 10 weeks and everytime I call McKenzies they tell me Arnette keeps giving them a runaround I called Arnette myself and have gotten no where also the only person I get is a service rep and they can't seem to handle either I will never buy an Arnette product again and I beleive McKenzies is not going to carry Arnette any longer I feel like I am on candid camera but I'm not this is a joke. Please help.
