Desmond Kameka Merchandise was returned. Refund was never issued

I purchased an inline skating back pack ($89.00) and 5x90 frame ($349.00) from Tru-Rev. I could never get my skates to mount correctly. Once I saw and examined the frame, I
determined that it was too long. What should have been a simple return of
unused merchandise entailed innumerable emails and telephone calls.

In total frustration, I finally returned the merchandise only to be told by Mr. Kameka that, even though not stated anywhere on their Website, or ever communicated to me, Tru-Rev has a firm
no refund policy. If I had known of this, I would never have done business with
Tru-Rev.in addition, he kept everything.

As mentioned, there is stated no refund policy. There is also the case law principal of
merchantability. Desmond Kameka has stolen $438.00 in merchandise from me. If I
did not live 1000 miles away from Destin, Florida, I would have filed a civil petition.

Never do business with Tru-Rev.
