Stootsi.com Issued RMA, Merchandise Was Returned, but never Issued Refund

I bought 15 sets of Friends the Complete Series on DVD from Stootsi.com.

They shipped me a fake copy from China, the box/packaging was clearly not original (no UPC, low quality, incorrect grammar, etc.). I requested a return, they were prompt and courteous up until the merchandise was returned.

I have not heard a thing since they recieved the merchandise, they do not respond and I am out $1,130.55. I attempted to be patient and work through it with them, but have been screwed.
