Charge 39,88 usd on 14 march to my credit card without permision usa

I was billed twice $1,93 on 12 march & $39.88 on 14 march and I did not give permission to this company to bill me & i did not purchase anything.

I want my money back... $39,88 is pretty much in my country...
I, am very dissapointed...
