I ordered a controller from the company in July. It took several days to get shipping confirmation from them.
When the packages (2) arrived I opened one box to make sure the device would fit my application. It did not. I made pictures as evidence. I emailed the company that I needed to return and asked them if they had anything else that would work. They did not.
I requested how to return and was given a link to printout directions for returns. I followed to a "T", repackaged the one box I opened (packed much better than it arrived) and sent back via FedEx Ground. I received a positive receipt confirmation. Days went by and I emailed to get credit status. One person responded they did get parts and he would expedite the credit. Never happened.
After several weeks of promised credit via email (which they finally stopped answering) I contacted my bank. With all the evidence I had to prove my story, they reversed the charges. After that they claimed they sent credit to my email, except they used invalid email, and it is still a mystery to me how they can credit thru email.
I have since filed a complete and very detailed report with the Georgia Dept of Consumer Affairs. I wish them luck as this company does not, as indicated on their voice recording, answer any phone messages. They operate via internet only and they do a damn shabby job of that. I would NEVER, EVER buy a thing from them again. There are reputable companies out there that will get my money.
