I ordered product through the internet from this company in late June and it was paid for through Paypal. The product that was sent was wrong and when contacted they admitted their error however no effort was made to correct it. After several weeks I sent the product back at my expense hoping that they would credit my account.
After many emails reminding them of their non payment they again acknowledged their error but still there has been no credit to my account.
They will not answer the phone... The voicemail box is always full. I have emailed them 18 times... I have received 2 responses, but no credit!
