I purchased from
ProJerseySupply an Eli Manning New York Giants Superbowl Jersey. What
arrived was a different Manning jersey that was described in the
listing that I purchased. I complained to ProJerseySupply, which
apologized and agreed to take the jersey back and give me a full
refund. They emailed me a return label and I sent it back.
ProJerseySupply told me they received the jersey back successfully and
would issue me a full refund asap for $75. This was back in February
and I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. There is no way to contact them by
phone and I have emailed them repeatedly asking about my refund. They
have not responded to at least 10 emails that i have sent them over the
last two and a half months. This is unacceptable. They took my jersey
back and my money and then ceased all communication with me.
