Ordered 5 NHL jerseys from this company, received only 4. At first the company addressed this issue by saying that they would gladly send me a the jersey free but I would have to pay for another jersey. I e-mailed them saying that this did not make sense as I had already paid for the first jersey in the five I ordered. They offered a $10 discount if I went with their proposed solution. I emailed back that I wanted the first jersey as ordered or failing that I would purchase another jersey (which they offered up as free before) but would not pay for any shipping or other add ons.in the end I accepted a $32.00 refund, with the explanation that the jersey I had ordered no longer was in stock. To add one last point I paid an insurance premium on the original order which in my estimation should have guaranteed the order making it to me intact.
