No reply, no customer service

It has been a week since I placed my order with Best Buy Golf Supply and I have heard nothing. I emailed countless times with no response and called many times and all I got was a recording. I placed my order with them because I needed it before leaving for vacation. Next to every product on their website it says "Most our domestic shipments are received 1-3 business days coast to coast." So after reading that I was sure to have everything I need before leaving. I placed the order well enough in advance to receive it before leaving and here I am 4 days before leaving and I have nothing.

This is taken directly from their website.
"We take pride in our customer service for fast efficient service please use the appropriate email address with any questions you may have."

Fast efficient service??? Only if you define fast efficient service as never responding to an email and having a phone number that has nothing but a recording.

Not horrible customer service NON EXISTING customer service. This is not a way to run a business that has "Trusted Online Since 1997" as the main graphic on every single webpage.
