Reed's Indoor Range of Santa Clara Calif. Refused to honor a prepaid $700 gift certificate I won as a charity raffle prize. The certificate has the owners signature. And there is NO expiration date on the certificate.in or phone conversation he stated that he was sorry but he wouldn't be honoring that certificate.
