Ginns GunWorks, Owner Chad Ginn Misrepresentation of Product

I purchased a firearm, a Baby Bauer. 25 auto, for $307.00, including "free delivery", from a reputable gun auction site in good faith. The photos of the piece looked good. The piece was described as a "nice little gun" for the collector. The gun looked to be "above average".

Upon delivery to my local FFL dealer, I was appalled at the condition of the gun. It looked as if it had be dropped, or, maybe thrown. The front of the slide, bothe sides, was indented and chipped at the muzzle. The left grip was cracked, and both grips were chipped, and abused.

I called the owner of Ginns GunWorks and told him that I was dissatisfied, and that I was returning the piece to him for a full refund, and that I thought he had "misrepresented" the condition of the gun in his advertisment/description.

Chad Ginn stated that I could not get the shipping cost (free shipping, right), nor the 3% charge on the credit card. I settled for $275.00.

So beware, ye gun collectors of Ginns GunWorks in Tylertown, Mississippi. They do not deliver what they advertise, or provide "free Shipping" (shipping is factored into the final cost/charge). If you try to get ahold of Chad Ginn by email, you will find his messages are screened, and that you are advised to speak to Mr. Ginn personnally (since he doesn't like computers).

I would NOT recommend Ginns GunWorks to anyone who enjoys collecting fine firearms.
