Almost two and one half years have passed since Thomas Ginn made a deliberate choice to retaliate against me after winning a decision from Texas Workforce Commission of $1,127.00 in March of by slandering my name and reputation.
Finally, on 5 May Thomas Earl Ginn will appear in a Harris County Civil Court to defend himself against my charges of Liable Per Se, Defamation of Character and Forgery before a judge and jury.
His former wife has given a written statement to my attorney, confessing her firsthand knowledge of the hatefull act he committed against me. The Office Depot sales clerk that sold Thomas the package of red paper and charged him for the copies he printed on Valentines Day will testify. The long list of others I have uncovered, that have been wronged by Mr. Ginn will not be necessary.
The fact that his parents are raising his child because he is unable to after his jail time for "Intentional Injury to a Child" proves he should not be allowed on the property of the LaPorte, TX. Boys and Girls Harbor to donate the services of his X-Mas decoration business, Christmas Lights Unlimited.
It would take a person guilty of Abuse of a child to know the damage he wished on me by labeling me a Child Molester. I myself am the victim of a Child Molester at the age of six years. I have, in good conscience, temporally discontinued offering my Paint Company's Services these last years because of the allegations Thomas made against me.
I thank God, My mother raised me to be a better person than Thomas Ginn, who's Sociopathic behavior has damaged every relationship he has had, proven by his own mothers denial that Thomas was her son. Thomas is unable to feel shame for what he has done to me or others. He will continue to hurt, lie and manipulate anyone that gives him their trust.
