Partial Delivery for Full Payment - Nonexistent Customer Service - Total Ripoff

As a hunter I was extremely excited to get the rifle/shotgun cam and film my hunts. I placed the order on November 15 and received a box on Novemeber 24. To my dismay there was only the rifle cam and a note saying the rest of my order would be sent in 2-3 weeks.

Several weeks later I called the customer service number and requested an update on the delivery of the rest of the product I had paid for. They took my number and said they would call me back. No return call. I tried again a couple of times with the same response. No calls. I sent emails to no avail as well.

After calling and informing the operator of my dismay and the fact I was a moderator for several hunting forums I was connected to Larry Holmberg who owns the company. He assured me the remainder of the products would be sent that week. That was a month ago and still no delivery of the remainder of my order.

I have contacted the Wisconsin BBB but as of now there has been no response from the company.

Stay away from this company. There are other companies who sell similar products and have good customer service departments.
