I ordered air rifle on 7/12 and it was back ordered until 7/25. I wanted to order it through Pyramyd Air since I used them in the past, so I waited patiently until 7/25. Then the back order was pushed out until 9/7.
I did not want to wait so I contacted them and stated I would order a $300 dollar rifle instead of the $260 dollar rifle but AirGun Depot has it for $10 cheaper. Received canned response from Erika "we do not price match, do you want to cancel?".
It would be nice if employees were allowed to think and look at the big picture. They just lost a $300 dollar order (included other item) over $10 dollars, on top of that, they just lost a paying customer and future business. This is what Pyramyd calls working with you and treating you right. Aggravating... I guess they are making so much money that losing a few customers doesn't matter anymore. Do you think this will be read by Joshua D. Ungier, doubt it!
Ordered material through AirGun Depot the same day, no problem, happy to take order. Bye, bye Pyramyd.
