I sent Bryan and Associates My air rifle for repair. I tried to describe what the problem, and Ron, the mechanic, told me to send it in and they will take a look at it. I asked that they call me prior to shipping it back, However it was in my mailbox with an invoice without any prior call or contact. Due to my location, I had to wait till leaving my living area to test the rifle but I sent out a check trusting it worked. A few weeks later the check came back to me and before I was able to correct the address, I had an opportunity to shoot the rifle, which sadly had the same problem (heavy gas leakage from the side pipe). I sent the rifle back on march 18th which arrived on march 20th. A week later I emailed and called Ron with no response. A week after that He picked up and explained they were at a convention and it will take a few days till he examines the rifle. Almost 2 weeks went by till I got hold of him again and then he explained that his guys didn't want to touch the rifle because it was so messed up. Ron explained that it would cost $51 total for labor parts and shipping, which I should think about, because the rifle retails at $125. I offered to sell him the rifle and he said he would get back to me with a price withing 3 days. 10 days later I receive an invoice for $82 dollars.including the original "repair" for $22.50.
This invoice was dated back to march 20th, the day the rifle arrived, although when he called me on April 15th, it was still untouched.
After emailing him back and forth, he still refuses to admit he didn't fix it the first time, and regarding the authorization to fix it.
He will not send my rifle back till he receives his money.
I offered to send him $51 which he originally quoted, but he wont accept less than $82.
I highly recommend avoiding this repair station at all cost. Ron's service and approach to me were highly unprofessional and unethical.
