Curb strap ordered for christmas, never received it or heard anything after my credit card was taken for payment

I ordered a curb strap for $16 on the web site. I had trouble getting it ordered (should have clued me in) so I called directly to order it over the phone. Gave Jeniffer my credit card info and then she emailed me this message: your order is done but I need your credit card info again before I ship - I destroy all numbers at the end of the day that are ran and accidently shredded yours before billing. Thanks

I ordered this product around the 8th of December and have not received anything after the above email. It does not take three weeks to get an order. This was a christmas gift.

Wendy if you read this please email me at (REDACTED FOR SECUIRTY PURPOSES).com, I would be willing to pursue this if I do not receive anything by the 15th of January. I do believe I have been ripped off.
