I had a SaveMore deal for AccessoriesDirect.net. I purchased $30 worth of store credit and bought a pair of genuine pearl earrings on October 18th. They were meant to be a Christmas present and I thought I was ordering the gift with plenty of time to spare. After three weeks without a word from the company, I checked the status of my order on their website. It was listed as "pending". I sent them an email and was told that they had sold out of the item I ordered, but they had just received more and would ship my order by the end of the week.
After a few more weeks, I still hadn't received my item, so I emailed them again. As on November 20th, my item was still "pending". I never got a response from the company. Christmas came and went with no word from AccessoriesDirect.net. I had to go buy another Christmas gift since the earrings I ordered more than 2 months in advance never showed! I emailed them on January 11th and just received a response yesterday (January 20) that they would be mailed out this week. It's the same exact email I received more than two months ago! I filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting for them to conduct an inquiry.
