Rip-off, scammed me, fraud, don't order from them ever! Ordered on 11-15-04, credit card charged, now 12-15-04, still no merchandise, emails come back no such address

I am very upset, I ordered a T-shirt for a Christmas gift, on 11-15-04, it is now 12-15-04 and still no merchandise. Credit card was charged, I did receive an email from them and this is a copy of what they sent:

Thank you for your order! This letter is your electronic receipt.
You will receive a printed invoice with your order.

When I emailed them numerouse times, first no response, then Mailer Daemon sent this following email...

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at sun0020. Webxess.net. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
