Giant Rip Off, returned slacks, never credited my account, never email back, don't buy from this company!

I ordered several things from this company. Received them, had to return two pair of ladies slacks. They were so long, they went about 8 inches below my feet, impossible to hem. Sent them back, delivery confirmed, in October. I have yet to see a credit to my M/C. Have emailed several times, to no avail. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Use REI or someone else, anyone else!
