I noticed a item on UBID that looked like a good deal. Blair Womenswear Mixed Season Blair Women's Assorted Bottom's. The add showed various slacks, shirts and shorts casual and dress. The tag line was;
Winning Bids Receive:
The winning bidder will receive 75 pieces of assorted women's bottoms. Items in this auction will be a range of dress slacks, casual slacks, and skirts.
There was also a note that read;
Important Note
Due to enormous value, this auction lot is final sale and seller will not accept back any returns for any reason, other then warranting pieces count.
Here is the con. I received a box with 75 pcs. They were all pants made out of polyester, in bright blues, pinks and reds. All of the colors could be described as neon. There were no skirts or shorts. The slacks are so cheap its laughable, if I did not have 245.00 tied up in it. All slacks have elastic waistbands and all are polyester. Nothing like the picture they used to sell me this junk.
I have tried again and again to obtain a refund, I believe I am a victim of fraud. UBID will not address the fact that the cloths are junk or that I received no shorts or skirts in the shipment or that the picture they used to sell it is so miss-leading. They do however point out the fact that there will be no refund because of the "enormous value". The seller of the ITEM is UBID and they are not giving refunds.
