I ordered my Walkfit insoles after seeing an infomercial on television. It advertised "buy 1 pair/get 1 pair free" so I ordered only 1 set.
I was sent two sets (4 pair in all) and charged as if I had ordered two. I, therefore, sent one set back according to the instructions, and paid for a delivery confirmation to ensure they received them. When I did not hear from the company, I looked up my Dlvry Conf tracking number on the internet and found out that they had received them three days after I sent them out.
I have not heard from them since. I have tried several times to contact them by phone to no avail. I have not received the credit on my charge account, nor have I received the reimbursement for the return shipment (which the instructions noted I would receive). I have heard nothing from this company, so I am out $49.80 plus return postage of $7.50, a total of $57.30.
What a rip-off company.
