I called these b*tards up and ordered their popular "The Crossbow" exercise equipment through an employee that said they shipped to Hawaii, what I found out later when I called back the next day was that they don't ship to Hawaii, this was all during January 2 and 3 of and the sales bum on the other end told me that they were going to cancel the shipment and refund my money.
To my amazement, I found out that I got charged my first payment of $35 on January 7, so I called to ask for a refund because I was wrongfully charged for an order that was cancelled ahead of time. Up to this point, it is already February 14 and I still have not received a refund, furthermore, I was charged an additional $4.95 for no reason at all.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about a few weeks ago and I still have not heard from this damn stupid company that has the worst shipping around and the worst customer service and return I have ever seen in my entire consumer shopping life.
