I ordered a crossbow and some crossbow bolts from Crossbow Country back on September 29th. The bow did not come after a few weeks and i sent an e-mail on October 20th as to the status of my order. The person named Jay replied to my e-mail and told me that my crossbow was on backorder and that they would ship it out express as soon as it came in. More weeks went by and its now November and it still has not arrived. I have sent out 4 additional e-mails to them telling them that if my crossbow has not been shipped i want my money refunded and they have not replied. I think its time to get my bank involved. They billed me as National Archery Supply out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada so i think there is something fishy going on. I just though i would tell you all my story and tell you to stay away from crossbow country as you will probably never see your order or get your money back. Thanks
