Recently I was looking for a pair of black golf shoes that I was having difficulties finding when at last I ran across BHM Golf. Not only did I find the shoes that I was looking for but BHM offered FREE SHIPPING! Nearly a month went by and still no golf shoes.
Finally a box was delivered to my front door step with the return address in IL. When I open the box there they were a white pair of golf shoes! After several communications with customer support it was agreed that I would return the wrong shoes and BHM would order the correct shoes and have the sent 2nd day to me. Several weeks passed and still no shoes. I was told a comparable shoes were in stock (oh yes, these shoes were not in stock as you would think by looking at the website, in fact very little is kept at the store in Villa Park, IL) only to get a phone call from Brian (owner/manager) who asked for the difference in price of the two shoes.
After two months with nothing to show I decided that I wasn't going to spend anymore money at BHM Golf and told Brian that I wanted a refund, and then there was silence on the phone, in fact too much silence, Brian had hung up on me! I was livid and when the phone rang again with a 630 area code I was hesitant to answer. After a few deep breaths I answered the phone when Brian started on his rant again. I asked Brian to not say a word and never to hang up on me again and told him that I just wanted a refund for shipping and the cost of the returned shoes. A couple of weeks later I got an email from BHM Golf with a tracking number. After researching the number it was the tracking number of the original (wrong) shipment of the white shoespretty creative from Mr. BHM himself.
Although a website may say one thing, the Better Business Bureau may say something else! Always check the BBB before doing business with jerks online, you may find BHM in another form!
