I purchased ten packages of Zoom Centipedes ("Rubber Worms") and 4 packages of Gamakutzu hooks. Paid with PayPal via Outdoor Supply's website.
Items never delivered. About $41.00 involved. Wrote 3 e-mails. Filed a complaint of non-delivery with payPal and received a credit on my VISA.
I'm happy with the PayPal $41.00 credit. I'm just writing this to warn others. I have a few of the e-mails and the debit and credit on two monthly VISA statements if anyone is interested in seeing same. PayPal has the dispute documented well upon their entry to the issue and solution.
