I made a purchase online. I was charged for the order but never rec'd it. I've emailed the customer service email on the website, I've phoned the # on the website and all I keep getting is a generic voice mail. I've left 4 or 5 voicemails and sent at least 6 emails. At first I requested only the status of the shipment. After a couple of attempts I left a voice mail asking that I be credited back. This is all over a course of a month and a half. I've still not rec'd a response! I've contacted my bank and I'm filing a dispute with them and they're going to file it with VISA for the charges. I want to warn anyone out there about this company! Also, after researching the phone number online I found that this company is also listed under the name of Designer Baits... Beware!!!
