I purchased a BBQ from Imperial Outdoor Living, Inc.in March at a home and garden show located in Santa Rosa. At that time we gave a deposit of $aproxately $1600.in September we paid another $1600.00 to allow us to go into production. Our BBQ was supposed to be delivered at the end of December. When I called their production department in Decemberber for a delivery date, I was told it would be early January.
After many unanswered calls to their facility I called the Rancho Cucamonga police department. A deputy went on site and informed me that Imperial Outdoor Living had been evicted from their warehouse as of January 9th. I too am interested in filing a law suit. Please contact me if you are a victim of Imperial Outdoor Living. I have contact information for Phillip Bovard, the owner. He states, he is trying to rebuild the business. However, he refuses to retun my calls!
We have landscaped our entire backyard around this island, complete with plumbing and electrical!
