Kept our money -horse did not pass vet check will not refund deposit

Tracy Kuhn refused to return our deposit on a horse that failed a pre-purchase vet exam. We are reporting her to every agency we can, in hopes that she will be unable to do this to anyone else in the future. Legal action in process to recover the deposit.
