I hired this company to pick up a horse I bought in Elizabeth, Colorado (their home state) and haul it to Ashtabula, Ohio, where I live. They required half down before pick up and the balance paid on delivery. I sent them the $275 half payment and was given an approximate pick up date. They did not pick up the horse. When I called them about it, I got the run around from them. They refused a refund. The seller felt so bad about my problems with All-State, that SHE hired and paid half for another company to haul the horse for me, which hauled the horse for me with no problems.
I have since called All-State and gotten the run around from them. They even called me once to ask if I would remove my complain about them from the Internet, to which I answered "When you return my $275 deposit."
I have yet to receive that refund and never heard another word from them. It's there loss as I have hired my transport companies to haul horses for me since and giving my money to them. To All-State, "Send me my money back!"
