Activator Boats (Post #1)
Bj gave most of the story about activator boats well heres the rest of the story
I order a 32 activator on 3/9/02 talked to mark, and told him i sold my pantera and if he could build me a boat by 5/31/02 and put it in writing i would buy the boat, which he did.
I gave him a $10,000 cash deposit and spent $20,000 on a 900hp bm to put in the boat.
Marks words, give me till july 4 i;ll have it done
Called again, and again still no progress waited till september 15th
Called again and still not finished told him i had went out and bought a 40 hustler
Id like to get my deposit back
He said im going racing and ill try to get it together
when he gets back in 2 weeks
Ok after 2 weeks i called mark i dont have your money
Ok mark thats fine just send me something

Through this date 11/18/02 not 1 cent of my
deposit has been returned to me.
Nothing but empty promises, what would you do in my shoes.
