I ordered a heart rate monitor on Dec 15 on www.heartratemonitorsusa.com. Shipping advertised: free overnight shipping. The item arrived December 27 - 12 days later - Christmas present ruined.
E-mailed twice and left 2 phone messages with customer service trying to return. Never got back to me. Finally someone picked up the phone on January 21! Informed me that free overnight shipping did not apply as it is their policy to ship the cheapest way if a customer uses a discount coupon. Also, told me the return policy is 30 days and I am beyond that - and she is unsure why no-one contacted me for three weeks since I started leaving messages and e-mailing. She said I should have just shipped back without talking to anyone there (and hope they are a real business and send money back???)
When I asked to talk to a supervisor, she told me to e-mail him:-) (Have tried that before).
Stay away from this scam.
